Meet Jennifer

Jennifer Leggio has 23 years of experience as a cybersecurity executive and growth strategist, focusing on marketing, communications, and business operations. With much of her work focused on cyber intelligence and network security, her specialties include build-to-exit, build-to-grow, and rebuild-for-strength ventures. She is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Netography and has also served as VP of Operations alongside the CMO role at previous companies. Her unique combined experiences will propel the critical mission of MVP Task Force.

Jennifer’s expertise has helped drive demonstrable business growth and operational efficiency. In marketing, she excels at storytelling and creating content-driven, integrated programs that create brand and revenue. Beyond marketing, she has overseen financial growth strategy, investor relations, change management, supply chain optimization, sales operations, and deal desk. Jennifer can rapidly analyze complex data to identify new growth opportunities to achieve significant milestones, such as expanding into new markets, creating emerging markets, increasing revenue and profitability, reducing cost and risk exposure, and readiness for material events such as initial public offering or mergers and acquisitions. She has also applied these skills to supporting nonprofits that advance learning opportunities for women in cyber.

Jennifer is known for her passion for creating a more inclusive cybersecurity ecosystem. In 2019, she was recognized by SC Media for advocating aggressively for ethical marketing programs that focus on facts, not fear, and the protection of security researchers. She has also spoken on these topics at DEF CON 23, Hack in the Box, RSA Conference, Gartner Security Summit, and in many articles and podcasts. She has most recently spoken at HushCon East and SummerCon on closed-door topics relevant to helping under-represented members of the cybersecurity community better protect themselves in corporate and community environments.
