Ayesha Prakash is a highly accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in cybersecurity and intelligence operations. As the CEO/Executive Director of the MVP Task Force, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Ayesha has a strong background in driving global business development and go-to-market strategies in the cybersecurity and threat intelligence industries.
Previously, Ayesha held prestigious positions, such as the Vice President of Global Alliances and Partnerships at KELA, where she played a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships and driving growth in the cybersecurity and threat intelligence space. She has also served as the Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Global Channels and Partnerships at leading cyber intelligence firms, demonstrating her exceptional leadership and business acumen.
Recognized for her contributions to the industry, Ayesha was awarded a Top Gun 51 designation from Channel Partners Online. She actively serves on the board of the cybersecurity programs for Pace University, Ithaca College, and Rutgers University, where she helps shape and guide the future of cybersecurity education. Laith Alkhouri is an internationally recognized intelligence adviser and counterterrorism specialist with over 17 years of experience. He is the founder and CEO of Intelonyx, a Dubai-based intelligence advisory and distribution company, and the former cofounder of the New York-based risk intelligence company Flashpoint. He has served as an MSNBC on-air counterterrorism analyst and an adviser to US and international government agencies on matters related to terrorism, cybercrime, and threat intelligence.
A native Arabic speaker who previously testified before US Congress, Laith is a specialist in architecting advanced intelligence operations. In that capacity, he helps public and private sector entities address complex physical and cyber intelligence requirements and risk mitigation using advanced technologies and tailored services.

She is sincerely passionate about combating child trafficking and child exploitation and wants to leverage her background to contribute to the critical mission of MVP Task Force.
Kathleen Staten is a marketing and communications leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, she manages Music Construct at West Music Company, spearheading operations, marketing strategies, and team management for a global platform supporting elementary music educators.
Previously, Kathleen used her experience to consult with arts and education organizations to improve their operating and communications strategies.
Kathleen has the safety and wellbeing of children at the core of much of her work. She ran a school out of her home during covid, and has taught PreK-12 arts and general education. She is excited to be part of a talented team dedicated to protecting the most vulnerable children.
Samantha is a highly organized and dedicated Strategic Administrative Partner with over a decade of experience supporting C-suite executives and business owners. She excels at streamlining operations, managing complex schedules, and anticipating the needs of demanding professionals.

Tanner Tobey is a seasoned cyber security and Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement professional within the IT and Defense sectors.
As the Director of Operations, Tanner brings a proven track record of IT knowledge and Process Improvement Principles that have served to great success in the field, he currently is the CEO/Security Systems Architect/Engineer for TTCL (Tanner Tobey Consulting L.L.C) He has aided many organizations in their design and implementation of Secure Tech stacks and provided valued Audits for their processes.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Tanner teaches many IT classes and aids individuals in obtaining IT certifications.
Adam Maxwell
Adam Maxwell is a seasoned cyber security and IT expert with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. In his current role, he is responsible for creating scalable cyber security strategies to meet business requirements and align with industry best practices, as well as managing the entire lifecycle of security processes such as vulnerability management, incident response, and employee security awareness.
Adam has a proven track record of success in the field, having served as Head of Cyber Security/Information Security in the financial and healthcare sectors and worked with several prominent organizations, including the National Crime Agency, the National Cyber Security Centre, and the Internet Watch Foundation.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Adam holds a MSc. with distinction in Advanced Security & Digital Forensics at Edinburgh Napier University, and he has worked with NGOs focused on missing children and combatting human trafficking. He also designs and builds dark web intelligence platforms, anti-phishing platforms and other platforms focused on data collection and analysis.
Carla P. Hibbert-Latimer is a visionary leader and relentless advocate for the protection and empowerment of vulnerable communities, bringing over 17 years of experience in government and international affairs. Throughout her career, she has worked with ministries as an impact consultant and led transformative projects on social and economic development across the globe.
As a seasoned legal researcher, policy analyst, and public affairs professional, Carla has been instrumental as a lobbyist and advisor to government officials. Her advocacy has amplified nationwide awareness for enhanced child safety measures, pushing for the critical need of Child Safety Online Bill’s. Moreover, her collaborative work with government in Nigeria is helping to shape new cyber laws, amending the Cyber Act of 2015 with stricter sanctions to better protect children in the digital realm.
Carla is the founder of The SAFE Childhood Initiative, through which she has developed comprehensive programs to safeguard at-risk youth by providing them with vital resources and advocacy. In tandem, she leads the EYES WIDE OPEN Peer Protection campaign—an innovative initiative that empowers urban youth to recognize and report exploitation through symbolic communication methods, fostering a community of vigilance and empowerment.
Her leadership also extends to local and state initiatives. As Chair of the Crime Prevention and Intervention Advisory Board for the Florida Consortium of Urban Leagues, Carla plays a pivotal role in developing strategies that reduce crime and enhance community safety. Additionally, her role as an advisor to the Florida Department of Children’s and Families Adult Safe House Policy Team allows her to shape policies that protect and support vulnerable adults in crisis.
Demonstrating her commitment to community empowerment, Carla founded the SafeNOW Service Center along with the SafeNOW Housing Initiative and App—a groundbreaking platform that connects small-scale developers to non profit organizations to provide turnkey real estate solutions for safe housing, transitional homes, and residential treatment facilities.
